Return and Exchange Policy

At Cory Haber Art, each creation is meticulously crafted to order, ensuring a unique and personalized piece just for you. Because our products are made specifically upon receiving your order, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed. Additionally, we cannot accommodate changes or cancellations to orders after 24 hours from the time of purchase. In the rare event that an item is damaged during shipping by our delivery partners, please notify us by providing clear and detailed photographs of the damaged item(s) along with the packaging. Send these images to support@coryhaber.art. Upon receiving your photos, Cory Haber Art may, at our discretion, repair or replace the affected item(s) after conducting a thorough review ("Damage Assessment"). By requesting a Damage Assessment, you agree to the following conditions:

Image Submission: Provide high-quality photos of the damaged areas in either .jpeg or .png formats.
Timeliness: Submit the photos within seventy-two (72) hours of the delivery date as indicated by the shipping carrier.
Condition Documentation: Ensure that the photos are taken immediately upon receiving the product(s) without any installation, hanging, or placement that could alter their condition.
Assessment Period: Allow a minimum of thirty (30) business days for the Damage Assessment process, during which Cory Haber Art will decide whether to repair or replace the item(s).
Replacement Terms: If a replacement is necessary, its delivery will depend on our current manufacturing capacity, inventory levels, and shipping schedules. You may be responsible for return shipping costs if Cory Haber Art opts to repair or replace the item(s).
